Mr. Huston joined Mail Services in 2012 with over 34 years of technology and mail experience. Shayne oversees technology products and development, systems security and business continuity strategies for all four MCG locations. Prior to MCG, he was Executive Director of Innovation and Director of Lettershop Operations for CDS (A Hearst Company), Sr. Manager for Lockheed Martin Software / Product Development and Management and Senior Architect for the Cherokee Nation.

Mr. Ragon joined (QPS) in 2002 and has served as the General Manager since 2006. Prior to QPS, Mr. Ragon was the Sales, Marketing and Operations Manager for a Sioux Falls, South Dakota, based wellness center. He received his B.A. in Business Administration from Augustana College and his law degree from the University of South Dakota.

Ms. Deacon joined Mail Services in 2012 with over 20 years of sales experience in business process outsourcing. Pam oversees the sales team for all four MCG locations, as well as the marketing and branding of new products, services and digital growth. Prior to MCG, she held sales positions with CDS Global (A Hearst Company), ClientLogic, and Neodata (A Hicks Muse / EDS Company). She received her B.A. in Communications Studies from The University of Iowa.

Mr. Samuels has been with Ozark Mailing Service since 1990, serving as General Manager. Mr. Samuels is responsible for overseeing daily operations, handling client relationships and sales generation. He graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from Missouri State University, with an emphasis in Management.

Mr. Nordmeyer joined Presort Plus in 2000 and has served as General Manager since 2015. Mr. Nordmeyer is responsible for overseeing daily operations, handling client relationships, and sales generation. He received his education from Bismarck State College and the University of North Dakota.
